Bad Boy Again
Ten-year-old Robert Stiles grabbed a pocketbook out of a woman’s hand in Genesee street this afternoon and after a long chase was caught and turned over to the police. He threw the pocketbook away while running. The purse contained $4 and was returned to the owner.
