Lawrence Stiles, 15 years old, who terrorized the city a few weeks ago by a series of burglaries, escaped Saturday from the New York State Industrial School, near Rochester, and is sought by the police of all Central New York. Stiles’ offenses here amounted to twenty or thirty back-door jobs, and the loot, usually change in cash drawers, was enough to furnish him a living. His home is at No. 60 Franklin street, Auburn. he is 5 feet 5 inches in height, weights 110 pounds and has blue eyes and black hair.
