JAMES STYLES OBITUARY The Auburn NY Citizen Advertiser, 15 Sept 1939, p9 James Stiles, formerly of Auburn, died in Rochester, Wednesday evening after a long illness. Mr. Stiles was born in Ireland and had resided in Auburn for over 30 years. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Hayes and Mrs. Anna Nulty of Auburn; one brother Thomas Stiles of Indianapolis, and by several nieces and nephews. The body was brought to Auburn by Arthur T. Morgan, funeral director, and was taken to the home of his nephew, John Hayes, 17 Foote Street, where the funeral will be held at 9:30 o’clock Saturday morning, with services at the Holy Family Church at 10 o’clock. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
