Young Lad With Record Escapes From Industrial School
Lawrence Stiles, the youth who became notorious here several months ago as the lad responsible for 27 burglaries committed in stores and apartments, and who was sent to the Rochester Industrial School for a robbery in Syracuse, has escaped a second time from the Rochester Institution. The authorities have been notified of his escape and a lookout will be maintained. he is described as being 5 feet 5 inches in height, weights 100 pounds, with blue eyes and black hair. He is an attractive looking lad, and his appearance belies any criminal tendencies.
