Lopez J. Mumaugh, while in an intoxicated state had a Kilkenny time with his wife a week ago, and Tuesday repeated his unbecoming conduct. As a result he was arrested on the first offense, he at that time having kicked his wife off a chair. There were so many mitigating circumstances, however, that Mayor Denny assessed only a $1 fine.
